Mama June gains ‘a few pounds‘ and proposes to boyfriend Geno in From Not To Hot trailer
She famously dropped 300 pounds after undergoing gastric sleeve surgery along with cosmetic procedures that transformed her look.
But in the new trailer for season two of her WE reality show , ‘Mama June‘ Shannon laments she‘s already putting weight back on.
‘I‘ve gained a few pounds,‘ she says as it‘s revealed she‘s gone from a size four to a size 12.

At her heaviest, the reality star from Georgia tipped the scales at 460 pounds, due to years of eating junk food and not exercising.
But when she found out her former husband Mike ‘Sugar Bear‘ Thompson was getting re-married, then she decided to get in shape for his wedding.
The 38-year-old spent tens of thousands of dollars on procedures to help her lose weight along with plastic surgery including breast augmentation and skin removal surgery on her ‘turkey neck,‘ ‘bat wings‘ and stomach, reported in April 2017.
The From Not To Hot trailer opens with a brief look back at her surgery and transformation.
But then in new footage Mama June is seen eating unhealthy snacks and struggling to get into an outfit.
However, undeterred she jumps back into the beauty pageant game with her daughter Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo‘ Thompson.
The clip reveals she has entered herself and Alana, 12, in a mother and daughter beauty pageant and the two are seen preparing for the contest.
Preparations include an encounter with a spray tan, the arrival of an eccentric-looking pageant consultant and some fitness routines.
But despite the efforts, it doesn‘t look like things go well.
Mama June also heads to Vegas for her 18-year-old daughter Lauryn ‘Pumpkin‘ Shannon‘s wedding to fiancee Josh Efird.
The couple, who got engaged in 2016, share a baby daughter Ella Grace born last December.
As Pumpkin and Josh get ready to exchange vows, Mama June upstages the bride-to-be by declaring she wants to get married too.
‘I want to marry you right here,‘ she tells boyfriend Geno Doak whom she introduced on season one of From Not To Hot.
Her apparent spur of the moment proposal stuns her family – and her boyfriend.
The trailer ends with Doak heard saying: ‘She knows I don’t want to get married.‘
